1. Are you full service?

Yes, we are a full service catering company, we are on-site from set up to breakdown of service. Services such as cake cutting, toast service, tray passing, table side water and bussing are all included in your base service fee.

2. Do you offer bar services?

Yes, we offer hourly service as well as a full service bar.

3. Do you travel?

Yes, we travel, northern California and beyond. Additional mileage charges apply over 50 miles.

4. Do you still have availability on my date and how do I reserve it?

We often book dates months to years in advance, we recommend obtaining a proposal and holding your date as soon as possible, however we still have many dates available for the 2023-2024 season. Reach out today!

5. Our venue doesn’t have a kitchen, what are our options?

Sierra Coast Catering strives to provide restaurant quality service, we do so by preparing our meals on-site as often as possible. If a venue does not have a commercial kitchen we can still achieve this goal though the use of our mobile equipment, we set up a pop up kitchen and cook/plate onsite, our equipment is propane fueled and required no water or offsite electricity.

6. Can you fit within my budget?

SCC can provide service to an array of clientele, we do prioritize quality and ethical sourcing, our ideal clients expect high quality cuisine and service and understand the value in farm to fork style sourcing and an experienced team of chefs.

7. Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Sierra Coast is happy to accommodate an array of dietary needs, we have experience in vegan, dairy free and gluten free cuisine.

8. Are you fully licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and and insured and we meet the requirements to safely and securely cater your event.
